Delivery

Delivery is typically 3-5 business days with DHL, depending on the destination and the shipping option shown at checkout. Final shipping options, prices, and delivery times are displayed before you complete your order.

We always offer free shipping. All orders are dispatched as soon as possible after payment is received. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information if the shipping method supports it.

Returns

You have a 14-day right of return on items purchased in the webshop. If you wish to return an item, please contact customer service at help@raworganics.dk.

Return shipping costs are generally borne by the customer. Packages sent cash on delivery will not be accepted.
