Prices

All prices on Raw Organics include VAT unless otherwise stated. Items can only be ordered and paid for online. We reserve the right to change prices, for items being out of stock, typing errors, etc.

Ordering and Payment

When you complete a purchase, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. You can pay with the payment methods shown at checkout. The amount will only be debited when the item is shipped from the warehouse. On your bank statement, the payment may appear as "Raw Organics Ltd".

Age Requirement

You must be 18 years or older to shop on the webshop. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are 18 years or older.

Delivery

Delivery is typically 3-5 business days with DHL, depending on the destination and the shipping option shown at checkout. We always offer free shipping. All orders are dispatched as soon as possible after payment is received. Final shipping options, prices, and delivery times are displayed before you complete your order.

Right to Complain

A 2-year right to complain is granted in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act. The right to complain applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. The complaint does not apply to errors or damages caused by improper use of the product.

In case of a complaint, please contact customer service at help@raworganics.dk with a description of the defect, receipt or order number, and whether you want a refund or a replacement product.

Right of Withdrawal

A 14-day right of return is granted for items purchased in the webshop. The period is calculated from the day you receive the order. Withdrawal must be notified to us no later than 14 days after receipt, and the item must be returned no later than 14 days after you have notified your withdrawal.

Notification of withdrawal must be given by e-mail to help@raworganics.dk. Return costs are generally borne by the customer.

Condition of the Item Upon Return

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item that is due to handling other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and function of the item. If the item has been used beyond this, it may result in a partial or complete forfeiture of the refund.

Refund

Once a return is approved, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

Choice of Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria.
